Delivering a building block is just the beginning. We then use online tracking against your defined measures of success, to both re-engage your people and to provide you with up-to-date feedback on how engaged your people are. As a result, you will always have information on the practical impact of our work on your business, allowing you to adapt your approach as you move forward.
After every building block we conduct short, online surveys based on your measures across all participants, at one, three, six and twelve month intervals. These are tailored to your company, are scalable for your workforce and allow you to extend the range of building blocks through your organization.
